Our backing track for Little Suede Shoes was recorded with our real band of professional jazz musicians. Piano, standup-bass, drums, and guitar all recorded together live in the studio. 

Little Suede Shoes, with its carefree Caribbean carnival mood and latin feel, is at odds with Charlie Parker’s Bee-Bop legacy. It has a lovely tropical festival mood that makes you want to dance, yet it is a fine vehicle for improvisation, not too difficult to navigate, yet seasoned players can enjoy playing the tune also.
