Digital Downloads — No Refund After Delivery

All our products are digital downloads. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital content and explicitly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All sales are therefore final once your download link has been issued.

Technical Issues If you encounter any issues with your download or file (such as corruption or problems with the file format), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll be happy to help resolve it.

Wrong Key or Instrument If you feel you ordered in the wrong key or for the wrong instrument by mistake, please get in touch and we can discuss a solution.
