When I Fall In Love was written by Victor Young  with lyrics by Edward Heyman and was first released in 1952, recorded by Doris Day in that year.

It was recorded and released by Nat King Cole in 1956, resurfacing again in 1996 as a duet with his daughter, Natalie.
