Important Announcement for Valued Customers
I sincerely regret that, due to technical issues, the current Rewards Program will no longer be able to run. From today, May 2 2019, reward points for purchases will no longer be added to accounts until a new rewards system is in place next month.
Since January there have been gaps in the sales data of some customers which has created an unworkable situation. In response to this, I am kindly asking all customers to take advantage of any Rewards Points currently remaining in their account by the end of May. I’m afraid that June 1 will have to be the cut-off point for redeeming points.
If you have noticed that points are missing from your account please contact me ASAP so that I can investigate and possibly manually add the points back enabling you to use them.

The Points Program has been very popular with customers and so the good news is that I will be looking into a new and more efficient Rewards System to replace the existing one. I aim to put this into place by the beginning of June.
Unfortunately it will not be possible for Points on the current system to be transferred to the new one, so it is important that you try to take advantage over the next month. I apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment. I am continually trying to adapt and improve the service in a climate of rapidly changing Technology. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
