We want you to buy from Jazzbacks with confidence. If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you may have the right to withdraw from your order under EU consumer law.

Because our products are digital downloads, the rules are slightly different from those for physical goods. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase, you may still be entitled to withdraw within the statutory withdrawal period. Once the download or access to the digital content has begun after you have given your express consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

If you wish to request a withdrawal, please complete the form below. We'll review your request as quickly as possible and let you know the outcome.

If you're experiencing a technical problem or downloaded the wrong product by mistake, please contact us before submitting a withdrawal request. We're often able to resolve these issues quickly and get you playing as soon as possible.
