Because our products are digital downloads, the rules are slightly different from those for physical goods. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase, you may still be entitled to withdraw within the statutory withdrawal period. Once the download or access to the digital content has begun after you have given your express consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
