Signing in is easy — here's how it works

We've updated the way you sign in to your account. There's no password to remember — just follow these simple steps:

1. Click 'Sign in' and enter your email address.
2. Check your inbox for an email from us containing a 6-digit code. It usually arrives within a minute.
3. Enter the 6-digit code on the sign-in page to access your account.

That's it! Once you're signed in, you can view your orders, download your purchases, and manage your account as usual.

What about my shopping cart?

Don't worry — your shopping cart is saved automatically. You can safely open your email in another tab or window to get your sign-in code, and everything in your cart will still be there when you return.

Didn't receive the code?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• Try requesting a new code.
