Joy!

Jazz Backs are such joy to play with. This track will make all the Coltrane fans happy, the feel is spot on! I can't wait to use this one for a Holiday gig. Thank you to all the musicians involved in recording Jazz backs. Thanks to this website I dare, for the first time, to play some solo violin sets, and they are great for practising as well. Cheers, Julia

Love this verision to play To!

I really do love this version to play to as a violinist and flugelhorn player. This Coltrane/McCoy Tyner version has always been one of my favorite jazz standards. Really a powerful Jazzback ensemble performance, and I would otherwise give it a 5 star rating, but it's a little cumbersome to sing to. The tempo is just a bit fast for singing, for my taste, but otherwise a terrific rendition. thank you!

My Favorite Things - For Melody Instruments

I bought this for my 16 year old niece who plays a great alto saxophone. She has organized a jazz ensemble at her local high school to play ‘My Favorite Things‘ (and other standards) at a Holiday dance. She was very happy with the Jazzbacks recording. It allows her to practice her improvisation without constantly getting the band together. She is looking forward to purchasing (I’ll be paying for them) more back tracks
from Jazzbacks. Great product! Thanks.
